Sky Desk ("we") provides booking and operations software to hot air balloon ride operators. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It applies to our marketing site and the operator app.
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, business info); booking and customer data operators enter or that flows in from their booking pages and connected channels; payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); and standard technical data such as IP address and device/browser info.
To provide and secure the service, process bookings and payments, send transactional messages (email/SMS) on an operator's behalf, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Operators receive payouts via Stripe Connect.
Operators send SMS to their own customers through the service for transactional purposes — booking confirmations, flight and weather updates, and reminders. Customers opt in on the operator's booking page and can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. We honor opt-outs and applicable consent requirements (TCPA/A2P/CTIA). No mobile information or SMS/messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; phone numbers and opt-in data are used only to deliver the messages the customer requested and are never sold.
Operators can export all of their data at any time from the app, and may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us.
We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials and API keys, optional two-factor authentication, and access controls scoped per operator.
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
