Sky Desk is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our marketing site, the customer booking flow, and the operator app.
Every page has an Accessibility menu (top right) with one-tap toggles for High contrast, Larger text, and Reduce motion. Your choices are remembered on your device and apply across the whole site. We also honour your operating system's “reduce motion” setting automatically.
Semantic HTML landmarks and headings, keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, a “skip to content” link, ARIA labelling on menus and controls, form fields with associated labels, and colour choices checked for sufficient contrast.
The launch-site map and some richly interactive reports are still being improved for full screen-reader parity. Where a visual control isn't yet fully accessible, the same action is available through a standard form or list.
